Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy We process and dispatch orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery.

Post-dispatch Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
2. The "Replacement-First" Model To maintain our highly competitive pricing, we operate strictly on a Replacement-First model. We do not offer direct refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental orders. We gladly accept requests for replacements only if you receive an item that is:

Entirely different from the product you ordered
3. Eligibility for Replacements To be eligible for a replacement, your claim must be submitted within [48 hours] of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its exact original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and freebies intact.
4. The Mandatory Unboxing Video (Proof Requirement) To protect against fraudulent claims and transit damage disputes, an unboxing video is 100% mandatory. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception. Your video must meet the following criteria:

The video must show the sealed package from all sides, clearly displaying the shipping label, before opening.

The video must be a single, continuous, uncut clip showing the opening of the package and the initial physical inspection/testing of the product.

The video must clearly capture the defect or damage being claimed.
5. Step-by-Step Replacement Process

Step 2: Inspection and Approval. Our Quality Assurance team will review your case within [24-48 hours].

Step 3: Reverse Pickup. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup from your delivery address within [3-5 business days]. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Final Verification & Dispatch. Upon receiving the defective item at our facility, it will undergo a physical check. Once the defect is verified, a brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched to your address within [48 hours], and new tracking details will be shared.
6. Refunds (Exceptions Only) Refunds are strictly processed only in the rare event that your valid replacement claim is approved, but we are completely out of stock and cannot provide a replacement unit.

Prepaid Orders: The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Account) within [5-7 business days].
